CEO

Arne Fredrik is co-founder and CEO of Elinor batteries. During the last two decades, he has been a central player in the growth of renewable energy and green industries in Norway. He holds an MSc of Energy Engineering from NTNU, and has become one of the most experienced and competent leaders and business developers in his field in Norway.

VP TECHNOLOGY

Fengliou comes to Elinor from a position as R&D Director in Norways’ largest battery tech company Beyondr, where he was employee #1. He is one of the most experienced technology leaders within batteries in Norway., with more than 15 years experience and a PhD from NTNU. Fengliu is Elinors liaison with research institutes and universities.

CPO

Holger has more than 15 years of experience from the European battery industry as head of sales, founder, and CEO of several companies. He has experience both from developing production machinery and battery cells for demanding markets. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a vast global network in the industry and supply chain.

EVP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sofi has more than 15 years experience from working with energy and sustainability solutions for organizations both in the Nordics and globally. She holds an MSc of Energy Engineering from NTNU. Sofi has extensive leadership experience as both CEO and VP of Business Development in Entro, and responsible for energy and environment at the feed producer Nutrimar.

CSO

Truls is co-founder and Director of Strategy for Elinor Batteries. His career has been focused on strategy, design and development for large organizations both in the private and public sectors in Norway. He holds an MSc of Industrial Design Engineering and a BSc of Informatics from NTNU, where he also lectures Strategic Design in an executive masters programme.
